Best Whey In The Market

Since finding out that I have a condition that requires me to cut carbs down to 25g a day, I found it hard to find a good quality protein powder that was drinkable, not gritty/chalky and not thick. Old mates whey protein powder hits all the marks and then some. I normally have 2 shakes a day and finding something that works for you, your family but also with water and almond milk can be done, it just starts with old mates whey protein. In our house we always have vanilla, chocolate plus unflavoured to put in iced coffees. Also the staff make you feel part of the team with hand written notes that you don't get from most places anymore.

Used to use maxxs protein all the time. But after getting a sample pack of old mates, I knew I had to change. Mixes so smoothly. Tastes great and doesn't taste too sweet. Hell, even the packaging isn't half air like like other proteins. It actually fits in my cupboard. Definitely my go to from now on
