Both the vanilla and chocolate whey protein samples tasted awesome and had crazy macros aswell as the pre workout gave a great pump and tasted good

And the free shaker was a nice surprise.

Definitely worth it

I'm trying several different brands or Protein Powder at the moment. Old Mates is one of the few that have a decent flavour and no gritty after taste. It mixes in super well. I didn't try the pre workouts as I am currently breastfeeding. I gave those to my husband who loved the fact the had a much more natural and milder taste than most that are super sweet and overpowering.

Finally a tub that matches the content. Always limited space travelling so happy to open the tub and it's filled to the top and not half air in a massive container.
