David is a qualified strength and conditoning coach with nearly a decade of coaching experience behind him. As a Powerlifter himself David knows exactly what is needed to gain the knowledge and strength needed to compete and have correct form. David’s biggest asset is wanting to better himself by upskilling, learn new techniques and getting coached himself.

We provide all our members with free weights and powerlifting equipment in a private space where they can be themselves, feel encouraged, get inspired and enjoy every workout.

Training is made by appointment - you can book a range of sessions from 1 on 1 training to group training with friends.

Our private studio provides a space to train on your own without onlookers so that you don’t feel judged or embarrassed.   We encourage you to train with a family member or friend to incorporate a fun and social side to your training.
